for us co fronting is when there are 2 very active people at once and we stop caring who is doing what or it flip flops constantly. sometimes we dont even bother using the bots because it will confuse people
Co-fronting in general means two or more headmates sharing control of the body. Poseession is the host (or whoever is switched-in) granting control to their possessor while having ultimate say in the experience. A switched-in host can end possession whenever they like
Alright I actually have one more question. (Im sorry if im asking too much questions eh) Like what was first response from your tulpa, like I read a lot of guides on these there and mostly people write about emotional, some "tulpish" and head pressures. Did anyone had some different stuff or these are most common? Im actually asking this because like most responses i actually get is like some kind of emotions and hand movement(like one or two fingers are moving(we made it as yes or no)) and im curious what actually the most common response
had 1 case of freaky literal head pressures too, it felt like there was a long inflated balloon in the back of my head right under the skin that pulsated as if it was being deflated and inflated
as far as advice before getting into it,
My most important contribution is about parrotnoia.
Parrotnoia is the fear that you are unintentionally parroting/puppeting your tulpa (which means speaking for them). It’s very common, especially among beginners.
It’s important to know that unintentional parroting/puppeting is not a thing. Trust that it’s them talking
Idk if I can even see myself being here in a year if it stays like this
